Info-China has adopted the Wincati software. A computer-assisted telephone interview system widely used by research companies worldwide, it provides access to a broad range of features:

The telephone interview center of Info-China is capable of recording the whole interview, enabling clients to check our work at any time. Clients can dial in with their phones to our CATI center to listen to any station's interview.
